Richard S. Talesnick

Richard Talesnick, a partner in the Firm’s Banking and Finance Group, is widely recognized for his experience in commercial transactions and public finance.  Richard’s practice is focused on the representation of domestic and foreign commercial banks, asset-based lenders and other financial institutions in a wide variety of industries. His experience includes the structuring, negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions, senior and subordinated loans, syndicated credit facilities and other financing arrangements.

Richard regularly represents lenders in the middle market, including real estate loans and loans to manufacturers, distributors and professional service firms.

Richard also has extensive experience with transactions in the health care industry as well as public and not-for-profit organizations such as cultural, religious and educational institutions. His commercial lending practice includes an array of tax-exempt financing vehicles including letter of credit transactions and liquidity facilities.
