Mr. Cohen practices in the area of commercial and residential real estate finance, acquisitions and sales, and leasing and development. His experience includes representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, investors, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in construction and permanent mortgage loan, acquisition and sale, leasing and tax credit transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, commercial and residential condominium buildings, cooperative apartment buildings, rental apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings, retail space and affordable housing complexes. Mr. Cohen also represents lenders’ private banking groups with respect to their lending activities.
