Brant Talesnick focuses his practice on banking and finance and commercial real estate finance, representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, investment banks, private equity investors, and loan servicers in a broad range of transactions. His experience includes permanent and bridge loan originations, construction financing, mezzanine and other subordinate debt, as well as loan participations, syndications, co-lender arrangements, and letter of credit facilities.
His practice also includes advising clients on middle market transactions and financing matters involving the health care industry, public and not-for-profit sectors, and specialized asset classes, including art finance and fine art lending. He also regularly represents clients in connection with commercial leasing transactions.
