Zachary Smilowitz is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate group and focuses his practice on the representation of lenders in connection with real estate financing transactions. His experience includes bilateral and multi-lender mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions – including acquisition, construction and term loan financings for multi-family developments, office buildings, and mixed-use properties. Zachary is also experienced in representing clients in connection with commercial leasing transactions.
