Jordan P. Holtz is an associate in Emmet’s Banking and Finance group. Jordan represents commercial banks and other financial institutions in complex lending transactions and drafts and negotiates loan agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements, and equity subscription agreements in various financing arrangements, in acquisition financing, cashflow lending, asset-based lending, liquidity facilities, standby letter of credit facilities, syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities.
Prior to joining Emmet, Jordan worked at a boutique transactional law firm. In addition, Jordan also operated a music management company where he represented performing artists in a variety of entertainment industry transactions.
Jordan is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he a member of Brooklyn Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Jordan received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University, where he majored in political science with a minor in philosophy and was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team.
