Cristina Cobb has extensive domestic and international corporate and securities law expertise, including equity and debt public offerings and private placements pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S and various corporate actions such as tenders, exchanges and rights offers. In addition to her U.S. and global capital markets and cross border transactions representation, she is experienced in corporate trust, custody, stock transfer services, treasury services, funds transfer, corporate governance, and vendor, proxy, agency and fiduciary services.
Prior to joining Emmet in August of 2017, Ms. Cobb was an Associate General Counsel at BNY Mellon and spent more than 18 years representing and managing legal teams globally with responsibility for various businesses, including Depositary Receipts, Treasury Services and Global Custody. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, she spent 6 years at Sullivan Cromwell LLP as an associate in its Corporate and Securities practice.
