Mr. Murray has vast experience in the representation of banking institutions acting as corporate trustees and agents in connection with global and domestic transactions. Mr. Murray’s expertise includes advising trustee clients in connection with Trust Indenture Act qualified transactions, private placement issuances, diversified payment rights transactions, trust preferred transactions, project finance transactions, loan agency transactions and asset backed securitizations. Mr. Murray has also represented indentures trustees and agents in connection with out-of-court restructurings of defaulted matters as well as chapter 11 cases. Mr. Murray has conducted in-house training sessions for banking clients on the Trust Indenture Act, diversified payment rights transactions and trust preferred securities transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Murray practiced with a large New York firm where he represented banking institutions in loan agency and corporate trust matters.
