G. William Bartholomew is an associate attorney in the Litigation Group. He represents clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, including contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, corporate trust matters and alleged violations of securities laws. He further represents clients in trusts and estates litigation. A significant portion of his practice includes representation of clients in government investigations, civil enforcement actions and criminal prosecutions.
Prior to joining Emmet, Mr. Bartholomew was an associate attorney at a boutique litigation firm in New York City. In 2014-2015, he clerked for the Hon. Joel H. Slomsky, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bartholomew is a magna cum laude graduate of New York Law School where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the New York Law School Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College, where he majored in World Politics and was captain of the cross-country team.
