Evan O’Connor is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Trust Group. Evan represents and advises financial institutions acting as corporate trustees and agents in domestic and global transactions.
Evan is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated magna cum laude and majored in Finance and Management. Prior to joining Emmet, Evan was an associate at Mendes & Mount LLP, representing insurers in professional liability and reinsurance matters.
