Brian Lewis is highly experienced in domestic and international corporate and securities law transactions, with expertise in debt and equity public offerings and private placements, corporate governance and corporate actions. Prior to joining Emmet in May of 2025, Mr. Lewis spent 16 years in the capital markets and corporate governance practices of two leading domestic and international law firms, representing issuers and underwriters across a broad range of industries and transactions.
