Ms. Pierce is an attorney in the Litigation Group. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters across the country. Her practice includes disputes concerning contract, business tort, employment, and real estate law.
Prior to joining Emmet, Ms. Pierce was an associate attorney at a boutique litigation firm in New York City.
Ms. Pierce graduated cum laude from Cardozo Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was awarded the Jacob Burns Medal for outstanding academic and professional achievements. She also gained litigation experience through various internships, including her clinic externship with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
