Theresa A. Omansky

Associate

Theresa Omansky practices in the area of real estate finance, with an emphasis on affordable housing.
Ms. Omansky represents institutional lenders on affordable housing financing transactions utilizing tax-exempt and taxable bond financing and tax credit programs. She has experience with government-subsidized mortgage lending programs, loan syndications and participations, and works on construction, permanent, and “back-to-back” construction to permanent loans, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac supplemental and permanent loan refinancing.
Prior to joining Emmet, Marvin & Martin, Ms. Omansky was an associate at Robinson+Cole LLP. She is also a licensed real estate broker.
