Marc C. Lewis

Marc Lewis is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Banking and Finance Group.  Mr. Lewis represents domestic and international financial institutions and other businesses in the areas of lender and borrower representation, corporate finance and commercial law.  He has significant experience in syndicated and non-syndicated credit transactions involving both domestic and foreign companies in a wide variety of industries in connection with secured and unsecured loan facilities, acquisition financings, multi-currency facilities, liquidity facilities, senior, subordinated and mezzanine credit facilities, asset based loan facilities, ESOP loan facilities, vessel and fleet financings and letter of credit and banker’s acceptance facilities.

Mr. Lewis also has experience with the purchase and sale of loans and loan portfolios, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, debt restructurings and workouts, and commercial law matters.

Mr. Lewis’ clients have included many financial institutions, including money center and regional domestic banks and foreign banks.
