August DelVecchio is a partner in the firm’s real estate group with experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Mr. DelVecchio’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions in connection with the acquisition, construction and permanent financing of office buildings, condominiums, cooperatives, multi-family rental and for-sale housing projects, retail shopping centers, health care facilities, and other mixed-use projects. Mr. DelVecchio also provides counsel with respect to a broad range of real property conveyance transactions.
