Experience:

Richard S. Talesnick has served as counsel to leading financial institutions in secured and unsecured loan transactions, including single lender transactions, syndicated facilities (representing both the agent and/or the bank group), and multiple borrower facilities. His experience ranges from conventional asset-based financing and cash flow to complex acquisition and subordinated debt issues and debt restructurings.

Mr. Talesnick has extensive experience in loan transactions involving the media/broadcast industries (cellular, cable, radio and television stations) and the health care industry (hospitals, nursing homes, home health care and assisted living facilities). His commercial lending experience also includes a broad variety of tax-exempt financing vehicles including letter of credit transactions and industrial revenue bond issues.
