In representing lenders in all types of transactions, we provide advice in structuring and documenting credit facilities involving multiple levels of debt, multiple currencies and jurisdictions and the expanding second lien loan market. We have extensive experience in drafting and advising clients on subordination agreements involving traditional public and private subordinated debt, subordination agreements relating to seller financings and intercreditor and subordination agreements and issues relating to second lien loans.
